1.按分量准备好所需的制酱材料

2.烤鱼片撕片,平底锅加少许油,用中火炒香鱼片

3.蒜仁用压蒜器压成泥,(或者用到剁成泥),话梅用40cc的冷开水泡软,炒好的鱼片放凉

4.鱼片撕碎末,话梅去核用剪刀剪成末

5.压成的蒜泥倒入鱼片末

6.连同泡话梅的冷开水一同加入碗中

小窍门&温馨提示
1. 泡话梅的水不要倒掉哦~~~~(@^_^@)~这样酱中才会有甘梅味。
2. 乌冬面口感有点微酸,过沸水可以减少酸感,因为虾比较容易蒸熟,所以乌冬面要提前炒熟,这样就可以避免虾熟了乌冬面还没熟,乌冬面熟了虾老了。
